WORK AS AN OPERATOR
IN AN INTERNATIONAL CALL CENTER NATIVECALL

In 2010 my husband and I founded our own business. And, unfortunately, our business finally stopped, and we were left in our apartment without a livelihood. We had the question: should we sell the house and move? To where? What about school etc.
And then my friend advised me to look for remote work in a call center. I uploaded my resume and then recieved an offer. Since that time I am here.
Over the 6 years of working at NativeCall I grew from an operator to the head of sales department and this course was accompanied by internal, professional, and emotional development. During this time I had the opportunity to appreciate the importance of teamwork and organizing business processes.

In July 2022, I worked in another call center but the terms there were unfavorable for workers and customers, there was almost no salary, and I urgently needed to pay for a year of training. I accidently got an interview at NativeCall and immediately liked the environment, so I decided to take a chance and stay here, although there were other options. For almost a month I easily earned more than planned, paid for training and bought a laptop, and also paid for chef courses. I've been here for 9 months for now. I can afford a trainer in the gym, any cosmetics, clothes and travel. I like: salary and unlimited payment with no limit every day, loyal management, the most wonderful manager, pleasant terms for employees, remote work, salary is always on time and paid vacation - that is great!
